Screw cleaning agent

We offer easy-to-use, high-cleaning-efficiency, and highly effective screw cleaning agents that are suitable for a wide range of operating temperatures, compatible with various thermoplastic resins, and applicable to different plastic processing machinery. These cleaning agents can clean screws without the need to remove the material tube heads, molds, or filters. They do not damage machines, produce odors, or emit smoke, and are safe and non-toxic. They remain effective even when the machine is idle.

Available screw cleaning agent options include:

1.A1 Grade:Standard specification for cleaning PP and HDPE materials.

2.S28 Grade:Suitable for cleaning PP, HDPE, PET, ABS, PMMA, PBT, PC, PPO, and other materials. Can be used for cleaning screws in extruders, compound extruders, and blow molding machines.

3.S29 Grade:High-temperature specification for cleaning super engineering plastics and engineering plastics, such as PA66, PPO, PPS, and flame-retardant plastics.

4.S50 Grade:Suitable for cleaning polypropylene materials and can be used for hot runner molds.

5.S60 Grade:Suitable for cleaning styrene, olefin, and transparent polymers such as PS, ABS, AS, PP, HDPE, POM, PMMA, PA6, PA66, PBT, PC, and PPO. High-efficiency and can be used for hot runner molds.

6.E1001 Grade:Suitable for cleaning PP, HDPE, and other materials, best used for hot runner systems.

7.E2002B Grade:Low-temperature specification for cleaning soft PVC, EVA, EVOH, PA11, PA12, elastomers, TPU, LDPE, and other materials.

8.E3001 Grade:Medium-low temperature specification for cleaning hard PVC, EVOH, elastomers, TPU, LL/LDPE, and other materials.

9.N1000 Grade:Suitable for cleaning olefin, styrene, engineering plastics, and other materials. Can be used for purging screws.
