ABS

 ABS resin is a ternary copolymer composed of styrene (S), acrylonitrile (A), and butadiene (B). ABS has excellent mechanical properties, dimensional stability, processability, chemical resistance, and a good appearance, making it widely used in various industries.

Available material solutions include:

1.General-purpose grade, typically used for manufacturing housings and components for various household appliances, such as TV casings, washing machine casings, etc.

2.Heat-resistant grade, with a heat distortion temperature of up to 104°C at 1.80 MPa and up to 115°C at 0.45 MPa.

3.Electroplating grade, providing the best performance for electroplated plastics, suitable for large-sized, structurally complex products.

4.Chemical-resistant grade, effectively preventing corrosion from household cleaning agents and other chemical substances.

5.Anti-static grade, suitable for products requiring anti-static properties.

6.Transparent grade, also known as MABS, suitable for transparent casing products.

7.Transparent chemical-resistant grade, suitable for products requiring transparency and resistance to chemical substances.

8.Transparent anti-static grade, suitable for products requiring transparency and anti-static properties.
