We offer highquality PA products, including PA6, PA66, PA66/6, PA6T/PA6I, PA6T/PA66, PA6T/6I/66, PA9T, PA10T, PA610, PA12, and transparent PA-TR materials.

Various grades of nylon can be provided based on requirements and applications, including standard grade, reinforced grade, flame retardant grade, abrasion-resistant grade, high impact resistant grade, film grade, monofilament grade, and blow molding grade. These can be processed using all known thermoplastic processing methods, suitable for conventional injection molding, extrusion molding, as well as for manufacturing films, semi-finished products, pipes, profiles, sheets, and monofilaments.

In terms of performance, the provided nylon exhibits excellent balance of mechanical properties, outstanding toughness under standard humidity conditions, excellent chemical and oil resistance, exceptional abrasion resistance and wear resistance, and long-term high heat resistance.

Available material solutions include:

1.Conventional flame retardant or non-flame retardant materials such as PA6, PA66, PA66/PA6 alloys.

2.Glass fiber reinforced, carbon fiber reinforced flame retardant PA material solutions.

3.Solutions for hydrolysis-resistant, coolant-resistant PA materials.

4.High-strength, high-heat PPA materials (PA6T, PA6I, etc.) as a substitute for metallici materials (long-term continuous use at temperatures up to 80-150°C).

5.Low water absorption, high heat-resistant PA10T material solutions.

6.Materials solutions for long carbon chain nylons, such as PA610, PA12.

7.Transparent PA-TR material solutions.

8.High-transparency, high-heat, medical-grade PA-TR material solutions.
