PC substrate film

We offer PC substrate films suitable for IML (In-Mold Labeling) applications. The various substrate films provided all have excellent characteristics, including: good formability, such as easy formability in thermoforming processes and good low-temperature formability; excellent properties of hard coating, such as high surface hardness, scratch resistance, chemical resistance, weather resistance, thermoformability, outstanding optical properties, showing excellent performance in coloring, IR transmission, IR absorption, phase difference control, diffusion, light guiding, and other optical properties. They can be used in automotive interior parts, smart home appliance components, furniture equipment parts, various entertainment devices, etc., and are the preferred decorative film materials that require no coating, high light transmission display, good friction resistance, chemical resistance, and weather resistance.
