PC/ABS alloy

We offer PC/ABS alloy materials with outstanding performance, featuring a good balance of rigidity and toughness, high heat resistance, excellent dimensional accuracy and stability, low water absorption, low warpage, good light stability, and excellent processing properties.

A wide range of grades is available, including general purpose, reinforced, flame retardant, and specialized grades for specific applications, such as plating grade specifically designed for electroplating and surface metallization.

 Available solutions include:

1.High flow, thin wall flame retardant grades (UL 94 V-0/0.6mm, MVR > 40 cm³/10 min).

2.High temperature resistant grades, HDT (1.80 MPa) = 114°C.

3.Impact resistant grades.

4.Low warpage grades (glass-filled, mineral-filled).

5.Chemical resistant grades (resistant to acetic acid, resistant to cosmetics).

6.Automotive grades (low VOC, good electroplating).

7.Noise reduction and anti-creaking grades (maintaining anti-creaking functionality after aging tests).

8.Lensspecific grades (low reflection black material, low linear expansion coefficient black material, etc.).

9.Cost-effective grades (balanced and stable performance).

10.Eco-friendly recycling series, including post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials, biomass recycled (RE) materials, and chemical recycled (RP) materials (see low-carbon recyclable materials for details).
